    SHANGKUAN L緣起

SHANGKUAN L受到香港分會Venus之邀請，上官幻想可以去歐洲海牙進行一趟了解館聯與維基連結的交流旅程而申請了補助，現在還不確認到底能否得到補助金（要等荷蘭分會確認），但先做一些功課給未來參考。

 

GLAM-wiki 2015 簡介

由荷蘭維基分會舉辦，時間為2015年4月10日到12日在海牙（Haag，英文Hague）的荷蘭國立圖書館。

    會議目標

  • 分享關於館聯-維基計畫的經典實務以及所學教訓。（To share lessons learned and best practices on this subject.）
  • 激發參與者的靈感，讓他們能夠加入既有或是創建新的符合維基媒體運動宗旨的計畫。（To inspire and motivate participants to join existing or to start up new projects that support the mission of the Wikimedia movement.）
  • 增加大眾對自由取用文化遺產的重視程度（To increase awareness of the importance of freely accessible cultural heritage and to put currently available content in the spotlight.）

  1. 探索 Discovery
    • What's possible?What's possible with Wiki Projects, open data, resources in the public domain, commons and linked data etc?
    • Discovering the different possibilities

  2. 合作 Collaboration
    • GLAMs + Wiki: how to collaborate?Case studies of effective partnerships between Wikimedia projects/volunteers and GLAMs. Including Wikipedians in residence, crowdsourcing, transcription projects, etc.
  3. 混搭 Remix
    • Creating new contentAn opportunity for artists and content creators using wiki projects and resources in their creative practice. Creating new ‘open content’:
    • Remixing from existing open media (such as heritage)
    • Opening up totally new creations: best practices
  4. 能力 Capability
    • Improve your skills!Exploring projects building skills, wiki tools, policies, processes, feedback and statistics, incorporating sustainable processes.
  5. 曝光 Exposure
    • Exposure and dissemination of collections (with open data)Interesting ways to present ‘open’ collections to the public

也許要可以假設Open的概念在要自付營收、又政府單位有隱私或透明度問題的亞洲單位，較難以由維基志工說服成為夥伴，而單人捐獻的力量可能比較大（像是吳守禮字典計畫）作結。
